This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with a magnificent location and super staff. The accommodation is in the centre of the town. There's Cafe Belge within a close distance from the venue, they have tea/coffee/desserts. Every time we stay in Mechelen, like to stay here.

The room at Lunatree was cozy and had a relaxed vibe. I loved the flat-screen TV with Netflix for some evening entertainment. It was such a treat to have a kettle in the room for a warm cup of tea anytime I wanted. The Danish Room was a true gem with its private roof terrace. I enjoyed basking in the sun and taking in the gorgeous surroundings. The bathrobe in the double room made me feel like I was at a luxurious spa. And the iPod dock added a nice touch of convenience. The private bathroom in The Danish Room was a definite plus. I enjoyed having my own space to freshen up. The bathrobe in the double room made me feel like I was at a luxurious spa.
Personally, I didn't find much use for the electric kettle in the double room. But that's just my preference, others might enjoy it.

The location was great, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. The eclectic mix of furniture and antique items added to the charm of the property. Serge, the proprietor, was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the history of the house. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a delicious selection of local cheeses, breads, and made-to-order eggs and bacon. it was a memorable stay and I look forward to returning.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming B&B located in a great area. The warm welcome by the owner's mother was a lovely touch, and the breakfast prepared by the daughter was delicious. The house itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our only minor downside was that the bathroom was not attached to the bedroom, but it wasn't a major issue. we highly recommend staying at this hidden gem in Mechelen.

I stayed at Lunatree for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The service provided by Serge was exceptional and made me feel right at home. The included breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a wide selection of fresh produce and perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. The eclectic decor and music systems in every room added a unique and enjoyable touch to my stay. Despite there being an outdoor concert nearby, the windows did a great job of keeping the noise out. it was a truly pleasant and relaxing stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at an Art Nouveau House with internet and a streaming service. Found a cheaper parking garage nearby. Walked to the city center and had delicious home made Mechels bread. Explored the stunning Grand Place just 300 meters away.
Oh, and don't even get me started on the inconvenience of the bathroom being a whopping 5 meters away! How did I survive such a treacherous journey?
